Description: Shepard Fairey’s *Reconnect* (2021) presents a commanding portrait of musician, actor, and activist Common through the artist’s unmistakable graphic vocabulary. Executed as a lithograph in colors on wove paper, the composition combines crisp contours, layered patterning, and a tightly controlled palette to create an image of contemplative strength. Common’s direct gaze anchors the work, while the surrounding ornamental elements transform portraiture into a broader meditation on identity, cultural connection, and collective consciousness. Measuring 35.85 × 24 inches, the image carries Fairey’s signature balance of immediacy and symbolic depth. Signed and dated in pencil, *Reconnect* exemplifies the artist’s sustained engagement with influential voices in contemporary culture.
